高端新型电子信息、生物医药、新能源及新能源汽车、新材料、航空、海洋工程及节能环保等产业是珠海市确定的七大战略性新兴产业,也是珠海市打造“3+4”模式战略性新兴产业发展格局的基础。目前,七大产业的发展态势良好,但是在关键技术研发、产业组织、产业体制、技术产品标准体系、产业管理及人才配置方面,仍存在着一些问题。因此,珠海市对战略性新兴产业发展和布局的设计应该本着发挥优势产业、企业的关键辐射作用的原则,推进龙头企业,加强标准化建设,以推动产业、企业形成配套发展、错位发展、互补发展的良性格局,培育完善战略性新兴产业布局的优势产业链。
