审定稿是学术期刊出版中的一个重要环节,它直接影响到学术期刊质量,并与科学技术的发展密切相关。本文针对多年来一些中国学术期刊审定稿的状况,在分析研究存在的问题的基础上,对一些期刊审定稿中最为集中的、具有内在联系的审稿评价问题、定稿成效问题以及编辑作用问题进行了全面的分析,指出了产生的原因,并提出了可能导致的负面影响,最后提出了相应的三条解决问题的对策,即重视审稿意见分析反馈;制定科学的定稿标准;强化编辑的作用。
Final draft is an important link in the publication of academic journals, which directly affects the quality of academic journals and is closely related to the development of science and technology. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in some Chinese academic journals over the years, this paper analyzes the problems of reviewing manuscripts, final results and editorial issues that are the most concentrated and intrinsically linked among the periodicals, A comprehensive analysis is given, the reasons for the problems are pointed out, and the possible negative consequences are put forward. Finally, three corresponding solutions to the problems are put forward, namely paying attention to the feedback of peer reviewers’ opinions, formulating the finalized scientific standards and strengthening the role of editors.
