加入世贸组织是我们党在经济全球化趋势下做出的战略选择,也是全面扩大对外开放的重大举措,这必将引发我国政治、经济、文化和社会生活领域的一系列深刻变革。伴随着这一变革,党的执政环境和执政基础也将发生重大变化,党的建设将面临一系列新课题,其中一个不容忽视的问题是入世对吸收各阶层优秀青年入党带来的某些不利影响,对此,我们有必要采取相应有力的措施以确保党的队伍后继有人,使党永保青春活力和旺盛的战斗力。
China’s accession to the WTO is a strategic choice made by our party under the trend of economic globalization and a major measure for expanding opening up to the outside world. This will surely lead to a series of profound changes in our political, economic, cultural and social life. With this change, the party’s governing environment and the foundation for its governance will also undergo major changes. The Party’s building will face a series of new topics. One of the issues that can not be ignored is the accession to the WTO that will bring some disadvantages to the absorption of outstanding young people from all walks of life. In this regard, we need to take corresponding and vigorous measures to ensure that the party’s contingents are followed and that the party will always have the youthful vigor and vigorous fighting capacity.
