对83例高血压病人用硝苯吡啶治疗,其中①40例用硝苯吡啶30mg/天+双塞75mg/天+心得安30mg/天;②17例用硝苯吡啶+双塞;③7例用硝苯吡啶+心得安。④9例单用硝苯吡啶。结果:显效87.6%,有效10.9%,平均3天达到疗效.治前病情及不同用药组之间的降压效果无显著差异。10例用硝苯吡啶10～20mg 含服,15分钟即见效,2小时达高峰,效果可持续4小时以上。
