A new compound,4-hydroxy-α-tetralone-4-O-β-D-[6''''''''-O-(3',4',5'-trihydroxybenzoyl)glucopyranoside(1),together with a known compound,4-hydroxy-α-tetralone(2),has been isolated from the roots of Juglans regia.
