一、前言对金属材料及其制品质量判定的方法,一般说来,材料经取样检验:化学成分、金相组织、晶粒大小、力学性能等符合技术要求。经无损检测材料内部和表面未有缺陷存在,就可以说材料是完好的。在我们遇到的破断事故中,有材质为40CrNiMoA电渣重熔高强度钢经锻造加工的航空构件,10MnS~1Cu锅炉板,45钢的齿轮,机车车辆轮轴,以及球墨铸铁曲轴,高压阀体等等。这些构件大都是在低于设计许用应力和安全使用期限
