我不是图书馆界的专业人士,只是一名法科学生,但我经常会利用公共图书馆的文献信息资源和服务,可以说是公共图书馆的一位忠实读者。平时我对图书馆的工作和事业也很关注并有一些了解,也经常翻阅贵刊等图情类刊物。这次看到我国第一次准备为图书馆立法,并向社会公开征求意见,既感到非常高兴和期待,也想为完善征求意见稿尽自己的一点力量。阅读全稿后,我想提出几点建议:一、应在第二条明确本法所称的“公共图书馆”是否
I am not a professional in the library field, just a law student, but I often make use of the public library’s literature resources and services, arguably a loyal reader in the public library. Usually I am also very concerned about the library’s work and career and some understanding, but also often read your magazine and other graphic publications. This time I saw that our country was preparing for the first time to legislate for the library and openly solicited opinions from the public. It was both very happy and looking forward to doing so. I also wanted to make some efforts to improve the draft for comments. After reading the whole document, I would like to make a few suggestions: First, we should clarify in Article 2 that “public library”
