压缩空气无论作为生产用气或者仪表用气,在我公司生产中占据着极为重要的位置。长期以来我厂气源是由各车间部门配备的固定式空气压缩机或移动式空气压缩机来提供。全厂共有固定空压机12台,移动式空压机18台,合计30台空压机总功率约310kW,而且机型和制造厂家众多.造成备件复杂库存资金高。同时又因无专职操作人员管理,安装使用环境各异,大多处于不利环境下工作,机器损坏率相当高,维修费用大。更主要的是能耗居高不下。放建立空压站集中供气的更新改造项目,以研究、开发、应用一套行之有效的节能型的先进可靠的全公司空压站供气系统。该系统具有对运行压缩机自动监测,自动控制,故障自动分析处理、自动压力调节及报表生成等功能。实现了压缩机的远距离操作控制,减轻了操作员的劳动强度,提高了压缩机的运行可靠性。该系统自1993年5月调试完毕向全公司送气一直良好运行至今。由于其有十分明显的经济效益和社会效益,被评为1995年上海市优秀节能技改项目。

The long-distance operation control of the compressor is realized, the labor intensity of the operator is reduced, and the operation reliability of the compressor is improved. The system has been commissioned to the entire company since May 1993 and has been operating well since then. Because of its obvious economic and social benefits, was named in 1995 in Shanghai outstanding energy-saving technological transformation projects.
