企业文化对企业的经营和发展具有重要的战略意义。通过纵览我国本土企业文化的发展历程,针对企业文化建设中容易存在的误区,列举实例并提出解决的对策和建议。
Corporate culture has important strategic significance for the operation and development of enterprises. By reviewing the development process of our country’s local corporate culture, aiming at the misunderstandings that are easy to exist in the corporate culture construction, we give some examples and propose solutions.
