目的:建立同时测定呼吸通口服液中有效成分黄芩苷和牛蒡子苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱platisil ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.02%磷酸溶液(33∶66),检测波长208 nm,柱温室温。结果:黄芩苷在10~100 mg·L-1,牛蒡子苷在5~50 mg·L-1有良好的线性关系;黄芩苷的平均回收率99.8%,RSD 0.19%;牛蒡子苷的平均回收率100.1%,RSD 0.18%。结论:本方法简便可行,重复性好,可用于呼吸通口服液中黄芩苷和牛蒡子苷的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and arctiin in Huatongtong Oral Liquid. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of platisil ODS (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid solution (33:66), detection wavelength at 208 nm and column temperature at room temperature using high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Baicalin had a good linear relationship with 10 ~ 100 mg · L-1 and 5 ~ 50 mg · L-1 of arctiin. The average recoveries of baicalin were 99.8% and RSD 0.19% respectively. The mean of arctiin Recovery 100.1%, RSD 0.18%. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the determination and quality control of baicalin and arctiin in Huatongtong Oral Liquid.
