有效教学是在个体积极价值构建和符合时代的前提下其效率不低于平均水准的教学。因此,全国各地的教学教育改革把重点都聚焦于有效教学。推动有效教学的正确实践,需建立在有效教学学习氛围的积极营造上,教师要从自身观点,课前准备等工作中真正做到高标准、高效率地完成教学任务。有效教学通过在教学中对良好的教学进行研究与实践,创造一种传染性的教育,为教师的顺利教学创造条件。那么,如何培养学生良好的学习兴趣,活跃气氛呢?
Effective teaching is the teaching of the efficiency of not less than the average under the premise of the individual’s positive value to build and meet the times. Therefore, the reform of teaching and learning throughout the country focuses on effective teaching. The correct practice of promoting effective teaching should be based on the active construction of an effective teaching and learning environment. Teachers should really accomplish the teaching tasks with high standards and efficiency from their own point of view and before class preparation. Effective teaching through the teaching of good teaching research and practice, to create a contagious education, to create conditions for the smooth teaching of teachers. So, how to cultivate students good learning interest, active atmosphere?
