在准晶增强MgZn_6 Y_1合金中添加Cu元素,考察Cu添加量对合金铸态组织和高温性能的影响。结果表明,随着Cu添加量的增加,MgZn_6 Y_1合金的铸态组织逐步细化。但当添加量超过1.5%(摩尔分数)后,合金组织反而有粗化的趋势。随着Cu添加量的增加,合金的高温(200℃)力学性能呈先上升后下降的趋势。当Cu添加量为1.5%时,合金的高温抗拉强度和伸长率相比未处理合金分别提高了26.4%和49.3%。添加Cu后,合金的高温蠕变性能得到显著增强。
The addition of Cu to the quasicrystal enhanced MgZn_6Y_1 alloy was used to investigate the effect of Cu addition on the as-cast microstructure and the high temperature properties of the alloy. The results show that with the increase of Cu content, the as-cast microstructure of MgZn_6Y_1 alloy is gradually refined. However, when the addition amount exceeds 1.5% (mole fraction), the alloy structure tends to roughen. With the addition of Cu, the mechanical properties of the alloy at 200 ℃ firstly increased and then decreased. When the content of Cu is 1.5%, the high temperature tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increase by 26.4% and 49.3% respectively compared with the untreated alloy. Adding Cu, the high temperature creep properties of the alloy are significantly enhanced.
