钢料的蜂窝结构钎焊,要在高温真空炉中进行。由于缺乏此种设备,我们采用了土办法,经过多次试验,终于制成了真空钎焊装置,并进行了高温真空钎焊试验。在真空钎焊装置中进行30×PCA板片的黄铜钎焊试验已获得初步秸果:钎焊加热温度950℃,保温20分钟,钎焊后试片无氧化皮,表面光亮。由于时间短促,这次试验的目的主要是解决真实钎焊的装置问题,所以对焊缝强度未及进行检查。今后准备进一步进行试样及蜂窝结构的真空钎焊试验。兹将我们的具体作法介绍如下:
Steel honeycomb structure brazing, to be carried out in a high-temperature vacuum furnace. Due to the lack of such equipment, we adopted a soil-based method. After many tests, we finally made a vacuum brazing device and conducted a high-temperature vacuum brazing test. In the vacuum brazing equipment for 30 × PCA brass brazing plate test has been obtained preliminary results: brazing heating temperature of 950 ℃, holding 20 minutes after brazing specimen no scale, the surface bright. Due to the short time, the purpose of this test is to solve the problem of the real brazing device, so the weld strength is not checked. In the future, we will further conduct vacuum brazing tests on samples and honeycomb structures. We will introduce our specific practices as follows:
