京津沪邮电经济与管理学术团体联席会第二次学术交流会,于1988年5月13日至16日在天津市蓟县召开,会议由天津市邮电企业管理协会主办。这次学术交流活动,是围绕“搞活沿海地区邮电企业,积极为发展外向型经济服务”主题展开的。会议收到学术论文37篇,56位同志参加了会议。(一) 在大会发言和小组交流中,大家都把为发展沿海地区外向型经济服务,作为研究城市邮电经营战略的基本出发点。
The second academic exchange meeting of the academic committee of Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai Post and Telecommunication Union was held in Jixian, Tianjin from May 13 to May 16, 1988 and was hosted by Tianjin Post and Telecommunications Enterprise Management Association. The academic exchange activities are based on the theme of invigorating the postal and telecommunications enterprises in coastal areas and actively serving the development of an export-oriented economy. The conference received 37 academic papers and 56 comrades attended the conference. (1) During the speeches and group exchanges in the General Assembly, all of them took the service of developing the export-oriented economy in the coastal areas as the basic starting point for the study of the postal and telecommunications business strategies in the cities.
