核探测器在高计数率情况下使用时,需要进行死时间修正,在精确测量中,高计数率还对谱分辨、峰面积、峰位置等产生影响,在实验中,用活度为微居级的60Co源作为待测源,用活度为毫居级的22Na源提供高计数率,通过移动22Na源与高纯锗探测器之间位置提供不同计数率的影响,用死时间表征计数率的大小,图1、2是测量的不同死时间下的两个脉冲幅度谱。图1、2都是选取
