目的 :探究分析甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 :选取我院在2015年12月—2016年12月收治的异位妊娠患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),其中对照组患者接受单一甲氨喋呤治疗,观察组患者接受甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :观察组患者的临床有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(78.00%),且观察组患者临床症状改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在异位妊娠临床治疗中的应用效果显著,具有较高的安全性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: A total of 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50) Patients receiving methotrexate were treated with methotrexate alone and mifepristone in the observation group. The therapeutic effect was evaluated in both groups. Results: The clinical effective rate (94.00%) in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (78.00%), and the clinical symptoms in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical effect is significant, with high safety.
