〔目的〕掌握浙江各口岸(宁波口岸除外)蝇类的本底情况,为制定有效的媒介生物防制措施和控制口岸虫媒传染病的发生提供科学依据。〔方法〕2007年1-12月采用诱蝇笼诱捕法对浙江6个口岸蝇类的种群结构、密度和季节消长情况进行了调查。〔结果〕共捕获蝇类113073只,经种类鉴定,隶属于7科18属27种。蝇类平均密度为87.65只/笼.天,其中大头金蝇为优势种,占捕获总数的59.77%;其次是家蝇(舍蝇)和丝光绿蝇,分别占11.19%和9.55%。浙江口岸蝇类活动高峰期为7-10月,以9月为最高,密度为176.01只/笼.天。蝇类携带霍乱孤菌检测结果全部为阴性。〔结论〕此次调查取得浙江各口岸蝇类的本底资料,为采取综合防制措施和进一步开展虫媒传染病监测提供了依据。
[Objective] To master the background of flies in Zhejiang ports (except Ningbo Port) and provide scientific basis for the formulation of effective vector biological control measures and control of the occurrence of insect borne diseases. [Method] The population structure, density and seasonal fluctuation of flies at 6 ports of Zhejiang Province were investigated by using fly trap cage trapping method from January to December in 2007. [Results] A total of 113073 flies were captured, identified by species, belonging to 7 families, 18 genera and 27 species. The average density of flies was 87.65 / cage days, of which the dominant goldfly was the dominant species, accounting for 59.77% of the total number captured; followed by houseflies and silky flies, accounting for 11.19% and 9.55% respectively. The peak period of flies in Zhejiang port was from July to October, the highest in September, with a density of 176.01 / cage days. Flies carrying cholera truce test results were all negative. [Conclusion] The survey obtained the background information of flies in Zhejiang ports and provided the basis for comprehensive prevention and control and further monitoring of vector-borne diseases.
