在中国过去30年经济快速发展的同时,低端而粗放的经济发展模式对国土生态造成严重破坏,从而产生大量的废弃地。本文在反思传统城镇化建设思路与模式的基础上,以新型城镇化的内涵解读为切入点,以大泽山采石废弃地为研究案例,突破传统废弃地改造利用仅以生态修复、休闲娱乐为目标的简单模式,在新型城镇化视角下,将产业支撑、人居环境、社会保障等诸多问题统筹考虑,探索形成以地域特征为脉络、生态修复为先导、产业调整为手段、人口城镇化为目标的综合利用模式。
While China has witnessed rapid economic growth over the past 30 years, the low-end and extensive economic development model has caused serious damage to the ecology of the country’s territory, resulting in a large amount of abandoned land.
