北京市召开工业系统企业管理工作会议暨优秀管理成果发布会。会上,北京市经委委员徐树彬就贯彻全国企业管理工作座谈会精神,加强企业管理工作发表意见,提出要求。徐委员说,国家经贸委陈清泰副主任提出的当前加强和改进企业管理五项重点工作,完全符合北京市工业企业的情况,必须结合企业实际,认真执行,并提出以下三点要求,大力推广行之有效的现代管理方法和手段,在新情况下完善企业内部的经济责任制;从严治厂,坚持不懈,持之以恒。
