以籼型光敏核不育水稻W6154S为材料,研究了影响育性转变的主要光温因素,诱导育性转变的敏感时期,以及临界值。结果表明: 1.幼穗发育的“花粉母细胞形成期”,即见穗前10~15天,是光温条件影响育性转变的敏感时期。 2.在光温各种条件中,影响育性转变的最大因素是日最低气温和可照时数,而以最低气温这一因素更为重要。 3.W6154S在“花粉母细胞形成期”诱导育性转向可育的临界日最低温度值为20.66℃;临界日可照时数值为12.7小时(12:42′)。在南昌地区(28°33′N)育性转向可育的诱导期大体在九月初,表现期在9月中旬。
The indica type photo-sensitive genic male sterile rice W6154S was used as material to study the main light and temperature factors that affect the fertility change, the sensitive period to induce fertility transformation, and the critical value. The results showed that: 1.
