介绍了阻尼叶片的实验装置、测试系统及测试方法,分析了测试结果和实验中所观察到的现象,得出叶片通过摩擦来减振是有效的。由于干摩擦的介入,叶片的频率、响应和模态阻尼比将会受到影响。叶片的响应波形上叠加有摩擦引起的高次谐波,但是基本波形仍为正弦波。阻尼连接叶片的摩擦面间的正压力、接触状态会影响叶片的动力特性,由于阻尼叶片的非线性特性,激振力的大小也会改变叶片的动力特性
The experimental device, test system and test method of damping vane are introduced. The test results and the phenomena observed in the experiment are analyzed. It is concluded that it is effective to reduce vibration by friction of blade. Due to the intervention of dry friction, the blade frequency, response and modal damping ratio will be affected. The blade response waveform is superimposed with friction-induced harmonics, but the basic waveform is still a sine wave. Damping the positive pressure between the friction surfaces of the connecting blades, the contact state will affect the dynamic characteristics of the blades. Due to the nonlinear characteristics of the damping blades, the magnitude of the exciting force also changes the dynamic characteristics of the blades
