在全面分析APP油毡工程特性的基础上进行了理论分析、工程实践、直剪及拉拔试验。建立了旧水泥路面沥青加铺层间用APP油毡防裂的有限元模型,对最不利点位受力进行了计算;对车辆荷载、温度荷载及其耦合作用下的情形分别进行了计算,认为APP油毡拉伸模量为1 000MPa时防裂的综合效果最好;提取试验路芯样,进行了直剪试验,表明APP油毡具有良好的层间工作性能,有油毡夹层的芯样施力4 500N发生剪切破坏,层间位移为5.0mm,超过了没有油毡夹层时的破坏位移0.5mm;层间拉拔试验数据显示有油毡夹层芯样抗拉拔力为10 000N,比没有油毡的抗拉拔力多了6 000N。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the engineering characteristics of APP linoleum, theoretical analysis, engineering practice, direct shear test and drawing test were carried out. The finite element model of the anti-cracking of APP linoleum between asphalt pavement of the old concrete pavement was established to calculate the stress of the most unfavorable point. The vehicle load, temperature load and their coupling were calculated respectively. Apparel felt with tensile modulus of 1 000 MPa showed the best effect of cracking prevention. The core of the test road was extracted and subjected to direct shear test. The results showed that APP felt had good interlaminar workability, 500N shear failure, the interlayer displacement of 5.0mm, more than without the linoleum interlayer damage displacement 0.5mm; interlaminar pullout test data show linoleum interlayer core sample pull-out force of 10 000N, than the no linoleum resistance Drawing force more than 6 000N.
