成都来福士广场工程外立面采用饰面清水混凝土,是国内首座、国际罕见的超高层饰面清水混凝土建筑。主体结构造型复杂,有大量斜向悬挑、高位悬挑、大跨度转换桁架和立面大尺寸开洞,为本工程的外脚手架施工带来很大挑战。结合本工程特点,塔楼外脚手架采用落地架和悬挑外架相结合的搭设方式。介绍了本工程异形结构的外脚手架体系优化选择、深化设计、结合清水面对架体的细部处理、外脚手架使用时的注意事项及施工要求。
