对扁桃外植体不同生长期、不同长度及采用不同基本培养基和外源激素处理外植体组培的初代培养试验,结果表明:不同生长期的外植体正常分化要求不同的外源激素的配比,而对基本培养基适应范围较广;培养基外源激素的添加量随外植体不同的生长期而变化,才能维持外植体及其培养物的正常生长,但接近落叶期的外植体无论激素水平多高,都很难分化;不同外植体长度的诱导结果差异较大,长度以05~1cm较为适宜。
The primary culture experiments on explants of almond explants with different growth stages, different lengths, and different basic media and exogenous hormones were performed.
