用日立835氨基酸自动分析仪测定了青果中氨基酸的种类和含量,共计18种,其中包括其它植物中较少有的牛磺酸.氨基酸总量为4.45mg/g生药.
The type and content of amino acids in the green fruit were determined with a Hitachi 835 amino acid automatic analyzer, and a total of 18 species were included, including taurine, which is less common in other plants. The total amount of amino acids was 4.45 mg/g crude drug.
