《中华人民共和国标准化法》第二十三条规定:“从事科研、生产、经营的单位和个人,必须严格执行强制性标准。不符合强制性标准的产品,禁止生产、销售和进口”。为便于我们在经营中正确遵守这一法律规定,了解强制性标准情况是十分必要的。我国的强制性国家标准,截至1993年12月31日,经国家技术监督局复审通过和批准发布的共有1822项,其中涉及交家电产品的有83项,现将这些强制性国家标准的目录介绍如下,供经营中参考。
Article 23 of the “Standardization Law of the People’s Republic of China” stipulates that: “Units and individuals engaged in scientific research, production, and operation must strictly enforce the mandatory standards. In order to facilitate our correct compliance with this legal requirement in our operations, it is essential to understand the mandatory standards.
