本文以小鼠菌素足掌肿胀反应为迟发性超敏反应指标,比较了牛、羊及猪种布氏菌病引起的昆明、C57、BALB/C小鼠的足掌反应动态以及足掌反应和机体感染的关系。羊种布氏菌引起的足掌反应较为明显。小鼠中BALB/C小鼠反应较弱。布氏菌感染后在40~50天前后出现足掌反应受抑制,但这种抑制现象在感染早期及后期均不明显。细胞被动转移实验看到受体足掌反应强度与供体足掌反应高低有关。
In this paper, the swelling reaction of mouse mycotoxins is the index of delayed hypersensitivity reaction.
