Screening of both natural and crushed raw ore is characterized by poor separation of the fine and very fine particle size ranges. The main reason for this is the increased adhesion and adhesion on the screen associated with reducing the particle size impeding the screening, in which case the screening may even be prevented. For this reason, the importance of wet screening in addition to hydraulic classification is on the rise. The continued development of UHG underwater screens has led to an increase in the ability to accurately separate fine sand. This article describes in detail the structure, function and working status of the underwater screen. According to the production situation and test results, it is confirmed that it is possible to further apply underwater screening to treat special ore.
