当前我国社会结构、利益格局正经历着深刻的变革,检察机关的法律监督职能也在不断演化。检察机关在实施法律监督工作时,应领悟科学发展观的内涵、把握科学发展观的方向、遵循科学发展观的思维,从人民群众对检察工作的新要求新期待出发,全面履行法律监督职责,不断提高法律监督效果。
