第一条为了规范商品房市场计量行为,加强商品房销售面积的计量监督管理,保护买卖双方的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国计量法》和国务院赋予质量技术监督部门的职责,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于商品房销售面积的计量监督管理。
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Metrology Law of the People’s Republic of China and the duties assigned by the State Council to the departments of quality and technical supervision in order to regulate the measurement of the real estate market, strengthen the measurement supervision and administration of the sales area of commercial houses and protect the legitimate rights and interests of buyers and sellers. Article 2 This measure is applicable to the measurement supervision and administration of the sales area of commercial houses.
