专业课程体系构建主要反映学生综合职业能力培养状况,是中职学校建设的重点和难点。通过对中职园林专业人才需求状况及岗位群的分析,以及不断地探索和实践,初步形成了以“凸显专业核心技能”为核心的课程体系建设模式,此课程体系从根本上解决了人才培养与岗位需求的相应性,还极大地提高了学生的综合职业能力,为打造“高素质的大工匠”奠定了基础。
The construction of the professional curriculum system mainly reflects the students’ comprehensive vocational ability training situation, which is the key and difficult point of secondary vocational school construction.
