我们在加强制度反腐的同时,必须更加重视反腐倡廉的心理建设,只有把制度反腐与心理建设紧密结合起来,才更能取得反腐倡廉的实际效果。治标须治本,比制度反腐更为艰巨的是反腐倡廉的心理建设。建设学习型的政党不仅是指学习外在的知识体系,更为要紧的就是指这个政党所有成员的心智能力特别是自省能力、自控能力的提升。
While strengthening institutional anti-corruption efforts, we must attach more importance to the psychological construction of fighting corruption and advocating ethical governance. Only by closely integrating the institutional anti-corruption and psychological construction can we actually achieve the actual effect of fighting corruption and building a clean government. To cure the symptoms and to cure the root causes is more arduous than the institutional anti-corruption. It is the psychological construction of combating corruption and building a clean government. Building a learning party not only refers to learning the external knowledge system, but more importantly refers to all members of this party’s mental ability, especially self-examination ability and self-control ability.
