为研究始创伤对颞下颌关节的影响,作者对4只对照组和6只创伤组家兔的关节盘和髁突进行扫描电镜观察。结果发现创伤后的家兔颞下颌关节表层结构遭到破坏,如网状胶原纤维丝暴露、凝胶层物质剥脱、胶原纤维束暴露及表面裂缝和缺损等。表明创伤可导致颞下颌关节表层结构的退行性改变。而且,创伤引起的关节盘病损较髁突明显;关节盘下腔面的病损较关节盘上腔面明显;实验动物一侧戴用垫,两侧关节均发生病损。
To study the effect of traumatic injury on the temporomandibular joint, we examined the articular disk and condyle of rabbits in 4 control and 6 traumatic groups by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the surface structure of the temporomandibular joint in rabbits after trauma was destroyed, such as the exposure of reticular collagen fibers, the exfoliation of gel layer, the exposure of collagen fiber bundles and the surface cracks and defects. That trauma can lead to temporomandibular joint surface structure of degenerative changes. Moreover, the lesions of the disc caused by trauma were more obvious than those of the condyles. The lesions on the surface of the inferior face of the articular disc were more obvious than those of the articular disc. The experimental animals were worn with pads on both sides of the disc.
