方法:成年雄性小鼠给以BPA刺激,给以Apocynin(1 mg/kg/day和10 mg/kg/day,分别处理7 day)进行治疗,观察其对BPA诱导的成年雄性小鼠精子损伤的作用。
AIM: To investigate the effect of NADPH oxidase inhibitor Apocynin on spermatogenesis in adult male mice induced by bisphenol a (BPA). Methods: Adult male mice were treated with BPA and treated with Apocynin (1 mg / kg / day and 10 mg / kg / day for 7 days) respectively. The effects of BPA on spermatogenesis in adult male mice effect. Results: The number and viability of epididymal sperm in BPA-treated mice decreased significantly, and the level of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in serum decreased significantly. Apocynin treatment significantly increased the number and viability of epididymal sperm in BPA-treated mice, No significant effect on hormone levels. In addition, the level of malonaldehyde (MDA) in testis of BPA-treated mice was significantly increased. Apocynin treatment significantly inhibited the MDA level in testes of BPA-treated mice. CONCLUSIONS: Apocynin, a NADPH oxidase inhibitor, attenuated BPA-induced sperm injury in adult male mice.
