苏价规[2016]8号各设区市、县(市、区)物价局(发改委、发改局)、文广新局:现将修订后的《江苏省有线电视收费管理办法》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2016年8月30日江苏省有线电视收费管理办法第一条为进一步加强我省有线电视服务收费管理,规范有线电视网络经营者的价格行为,维护有线电视用户合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国价格法》、《广播电视管理条例》、《江苏省价格条例》等有关法律法规,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于我省行政区域内具有广播电视节目传送业务经营资质的有线电视网络经营者向有线电视用户提供服务并收取相关费用的行为。
