采用放射免疫方法测定120例肾综合征出血热患者与30例非肝、肾疾病病人和健康献血者血清中透明质酸的含量,并对此作对比分析,结果肾综合征出血热组中,轻型阳性率84%,中型94.7%,重型和危重型阳性率为100%,与对照组比较,P<0.01,与血清中Cr和BUN阳性率比较P>0.05。血清中HA上升和下降与血清中Cr和BUN成正相关。但恢复期HA降到正常范围的时间明显迟于血清中的Cr和BUN。认为,血清中HA测定是反映HFRS肾功能损害和恢复程度的一敏感的客观指标。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the serum levels of hyaluronic acid in 120 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and 30 cases of non-liver and kidney disease and healthy blood donors, and to analyze the results. In the group of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, The positive rate of light was 84%, the middle was 94.7%, the positive rate of severe and critically ill was 100%, P <0.01 compared with control group, P> 0.05 with the positive rate of Cr and BUN in serum. Serum HA increased and decreased serum Cr and BUN into a positive correlation. However, the duration of HA recovery to normal range was significantly later than serum Cr and BUN. It is believed that the serum HA assay is a sensitive and objective indicator of renal damage and recovery of HFRS.
