舞蹈心理学是舞蹈学的重要组成部分,随着社会形态的不断演变,舞蹈心理学逐渐由外围的附庸力量转化为舞蹈艺术的重要结构,体现着舞蹈身与心的发展与变化,舞蹈的本体因素是舞蹈的技术表象,而舞蹈的心理阐释才是贯穿舞蹈始终的艺术精髓,是舞蹈生命与灵魂的核心体现。而舞蹈演员的二度创作则是促进舞蹈发展的辅助手段,同样也是表现舞蹈角色生命的源泉,舞蹈演员每一次的表演都应融合其自身的理解与再创造,由推敲到完善,由量变到质变的心理衍变过程被称为舞蹈演员自身的二度创作,这种潜在的心理映射与二度创作的结合,是舞蹈作品永葆青春的的重要因素之一。
