本刊讯2016年7月26日,新疆大全新能源股份有限公司在全国中小企业股份转让系统隆重举行新三板挂牌仪式。大全集团董事长徐广福、总裁徐翔、副总裁施大峰、大全新能源首席执行官姚公达、首席财务官杨明伦参加挂牌仪式。新疆大全在新三版挂牌,是继大全新能源公司于2010年10月在美国纽交所上市后,大全集团在新能源产业板块的第二个资本市场融资平台。自此,大全新能源实现了“境外上市,国内挂牌”的资本运作双通道,成为国内唯一一家母公司在美国上市,自身在国内上市的光伏企业。
On July 26, 2016, Xinjiang Daquan New Energy Co., Ltd. held a grand opening ceremony of the new third board in the national share transfer system for small and medium-sized enterprises. Xu Guangfu, chairman of Daquan Group, Xu Xiang, president and Shi Dafeng, vice president of Daquan Group, Yao Gongda, chief executive of Daquan New Energy, and Yang Minglun, chief financial officer, attended the listing ceremony. Xinjiang Daquan is listed in the new three editions and is the second capital market financing platform for Daquan Group in the new energy industry after the listing of Daquan New Energy Company in October 2010 on the NYSE. Since then, the new energy to achieve a “foreign listing, the domestic listing of” dual-channel operation of capital, becoming the only one parent company listed in the United States, listed in the domestic PV companies.
