目的探讨影响哮喘患者吸入激素依从性的因素。方法选择曾用过吸入激素的哮喘患者128例,采用问卷式调查方式,调查内容包括:患者一般状况,使用吸入激素的情况,未遵从医嘱用药的原因。结果 128例中仅32例患者坚持按医嘱用药占25%,影响依从性的因素有症状缓解后自行停药,用药方法掌握不好,担心药物的副作用,治疗效果不满意,对治疗失去信心等。结论目前哮喘患者对吸入激素依从性还较差根本原因是患者对本病缺乏了解,因此提高哮喘吸入激素依从性的关键是加强对患者的教育。
Objective To explore the factors affecting the compliance of inhaled corticosteroids in patients with asthma. Methods A total of 128 asthmatic patients who had used inhaled corticosteroids were enrolled in this study. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the general condition of patients, the use of inhaled corticosteroids and the reasons for not following the prescribed medication. Results Of the 128 patients, only 32 patients insisted on taking 25% of their medications. The factors that affected the compliance were self-withdrawal after symptomatic relief, poor medication control, side effects of drugs, unsatisfactory treatment results, loss of confidence in treatment, etc. . Conclusions At present, the basic reason why patients with asthma have poor compliance with inhaled corticosteroids is that patients lack of understanding of the disease. Therefore, the key to improving the compliance of inhaled corticosteroids in asthma is to strengthen the education of patients.
