目的探讨三乙胺对大鼠体质量和肝肾的影响。方法用三乙胺对SD雄性大鼠进行亚急性灌胃染毒试验,将清洁级SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组,即对照组和低(25mg/kg)、中(50mg/kg)、高(100mg/kg)剂量3个染毒组,每组8只大鼠。经口灌胃染毒三乙胺1次/d,染毒时间为28d。染毒结束,处死动物,取血清测定天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和总蛋白以及肌酐、尿酸和尿素氮。称重肝、肾脏器质量,计算脏器系数,并对肝肾进行病理学检查。结果各剂量组大鼠染毒3周后体质量开始下降,染毒4周后,中、高剂量组血清中天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶活力升高,高剂量组总蛋白下降,各剂量组肌酐、尿酸和尿素氮升高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在光学显微镜下观察可见各剂量组实验动物肝细胞出现不同程度的水肿,中、高剂量组可见肝细胞坏死、胞质疏松呈气球样变、胞核萎缩、裂解等现象;各剂量组实验动物肾小球体积增大,中、高剂量组可见肾小管肿胀并有上皮细胞脱落,高剂量组肾脏有明显出血并有炎症细胞浸润。结论经口染毒三乙胺可致雄性大鼠体质量增长受到抑制,并对其肝脏和肾脏产生一定的毒性作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of triethylamine on body weight and liver and kidney in rats. Methods SD male rats were sub-acutely gavaged with triethylamine. The male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, low (25mg / kg), moderate (50mg / kg) High dose (100mg / kg) three exposure groups, each group of 8 rats. Oral oral administration of triethylamine once / d, exposure time was 28d. At the end of the exposure, the animals were sacrificed and aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and total protein as well as creatinine, uric acid and urea nitrogen were measured. Results The body weight of rats in each dose group began to decline after 3 weeks of exposure. After 4 weeks of exposure, the activities of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase in the serum of medium and high dose groups increased. The total protein of the group decreased, the creatinine, uric acid and urea nitrogen of each dose group increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); under the light microscope, we can see the liver cells in different dose groups Edema, medium and high dose group can be seen hepatocyte necrosis, cytoplasmic were balloon-like changes, nuclear atrophy, lysis and other phenomena; experimental animals in each dose group increased glomerular volume, medium and high dose group visible tubule swelling and Epithelial cells shedding, high-dose group of kidney bleeding and inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion Oral administration of triethylamine can inhibit the growth of male rats and lead to some toxic effects on the liver and kidneys.
