一、概述弹性密封垫作为延安东路越江隧道衬砌接缝的首道防水线是至关重要的。为确保隧道防水能满足设计要求,必须对密封垫进行水密性试验。显然,以衬砌水平整环,垂直整环拼装下,进行防水综合试验是异常繁复、困难的。而模拟管片一字缝拼装,十字缝拼装下进行一系列检测密封垫抗水压性试验是合理、可行的方法。因而为日本早稻田大学,西德STUVA,荷兰VRDESTEIN等研究部门所采用。
First, an overview of elastic seal as Yan’an East Road tunnel lining the first line of waterproofing is crucial. To ensure that the tunnel waterproofing meets the design requirements, the gasket must be watertight tested. Obviously, it is extremely complicated and difficult to carry out the waterproofing comprehensive test with the lining of the horizontal whole ring and the vertical integral ring. The simulation of a piece of pipe word stitching, cross stitching assembled under a series of test seal water pressure resistance test is a reasonable and feasible method. Therefore, Japan’s Waseda University, West Germany STUVA, the Netherlands VRDESTEIN and other research departments used.
