随着甲氰咪胍的广泛应用,有关其副作用的报道较多,但甲氰咪胍致关节炎少见。我们从90年3月到96年4月收治了3例,现报道如下。 临床资料:3例患儿均为男性,年龄11～13岁,均有中上腹疼痛。B超检查肝胆脾无异常,经胃镜证实为十二指肠球部溃疡,服药后关节疼痛在3～6天内出现,停药后5～8天自然痊愈。 典型病例:患儿,张××,男,13岁,主因阵发性腹痛伴恶心,纳差20天。查体心肺无异常,中上腹部压痛,无肌紧张及反跳痛,肠鸣音活跃,血、尿常规,血尿淀粉酶,脑电图正常。B超检查肝胆脾无异常。纤
With the wide application of cimetidine, more reports on its side effects, but cimetidine-induced arthritis rare. We from March 90 to April 96 admitted in 3 cases, are reported below. Clinical data: 3 cases of children were male, aged 11 to 13 years old, both in the upper abdominal pain. B ultrasound examination of liver and gallbladder without abnormalities, confirmed by gastroscopy duodenal ulcer, after taking the joint pain in 3 to 6 days, stopping 5 to 8 days after the natural recovery. Typical cases: children, Zhang × ×, male, 13 years old, mainly due to paroxysmal abdominal pain with nausea, anorexia for 20 days. No abnormal heart and lung examination, middle and upper abdominal tenderness, no muscle tension and rebound tenderness, active bowel sounds, blood, urine routine, hematuria, amylase, normal EEG.
