自发现家鸭感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)后,以鸭作为研究乙型肝炎的动物模型的工作正在进行。我们于1987年采集我省6个地区的家鸭血清,用DHBV DNA 探针进行斑点杂交试验,以爆光60小时结果作判断。调查情况如下:一、不同地区家鸭DHBV 感染率有明显差异(P<0.01)。以高邮44.09%、兴化43.33%、建湖42.59%为高,射阳为26.15%,而无锡、金湖较低(均为6.9%)。二、不同鸭种感染率有明显差异(P<0.01)。以麻鸭45.81%,绍鸭(?)5.59%,北京鸭15.91%为高,而以樱桃谷鸭6.90%,法国巴巴黎鸭3.23%为低。
Since the discovery of domestic duck infection with duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV), duck as an animal model of hepatitis B is under way. In 1987, we collected domestic duck serum from 6 provinces in our province, and carried out dot blot hybridization with DHBV DNA probe to judge the result of 60 hours exposure. The investigation is as follows: First, DHBV infection rates of domestic ducks in different regions were significantly different (P <0.01). Gaoyou 44.09%, 43.33% Xinghua, 42.59% for Jianhu, Sheyang 26.15%, while Wuxi, Jinhu lower (both 6.9%). Second, the infection rates of different duck species were significantly different (P <0.01). 45.81% of ducks, 5.59% of Shaoxing ducks and 15.91% of Beijing ducks were high, while 6.90% of Cherry Valley ducks and 3.23% of French paris ducks were low.
