湖南省电化教育搞得好,那里的中小学电化教育已全面铺开,从省到地(市)、县,都设有相应的机构,建立了一支近三千人的电教骨干队伍,自力更生地解决电教设备和教材,基本改变了“无机无片”和“有机无片”的局面,电化教学手段已广泛地运用于各学科,明显地提高了教学质量。特别是幻灯教学,有的市、县已开始逐步普及。他们为什么搞得这样好?有没有什么窍门?带着这个问题,我乘上南下的列车,做了一番访问、调查。
