《中华人民共和国种子法》(以下简称《种子法》)对承担种子质量检验机构的条件和能力及种子检验人员的条件作了严格规定。我们对全省通过认证认可的种子检验室(种子检验机构)进行了全面的检验能力比对考核,从考核结果及综合多年来各级检验机构在种子检验工作中出现的问题,笔者认为各级种子检验人员的业务素质及检验机构的软硬件有待进一步加强和提高,以确保出据准确无误的公证数据为执法人员正确处理每一起种子质量纠纷案件提供法律支持。
The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Seeds (hereinafter referred to as the “Seed Law”) strictly stipulates the conditions and capabilities for undertaking seed quality inspection agencies and the conditions of seed inspectors.
