以滇杨优树无性系1a生扦插苗为试材,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),研究测定了滇杨侧芽在落叶期(10月)、休眠期(1月)、萌动期(3月)脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)、玉米素(ZR)含量的动态变化规律。结果表明:滇杨1a生扦插苗ABA和IAA含量在3个时期的变化趋势相同,均呈逐步上升趋势,而ZR含量呈先上升后下降趋势,在休眠期达到最高水平,3种激素的含量在不同时期之间均具有极显著差异;ZR/ABA、ZR/IAA和ZR/(ABA+IAA)比值变化规律一致,呈近似抛物线趋势,在休眠期呈现最高峰,且极显著高于落叶期和萌动期。
The clones of P. yunnanensis clonal 1a seedlings were used as materials to study the effects of side-shoots of D. yunnanensis during the period of deciduous (October), dormant (January), germinating (March) ABA, IAA and ZR were studied.
