加强企业薪酬管理是建立健全现代化的企业管理制度的重要组成部分。目前,在我国薪酬管理过程中存在着许多问题,且日益成为制约企业发展的重要因素之一。本文首先对薪酬管理在企业人力资源管理中的重要作用进行了阐述,然后分析了目前建筑施工企业薪酬管理存在的主要问题,最后提出了薪酬管理的优化措施,使企业能够吸引并留住人才,能在日益激烈的市场竞争中保持可持续发展。
