人权理论是近代宪法产生的思想基础,宪法是人权保护的最优表现形式,而实行宪政是人权保护的根本途径。本文认为我国在人权保护方面取得了一定发展,同时需要加强宪政人权保护建设。
Human rights theory is the ideological foundation of the modern constitution. Constitution is the best manifestation of human rights protection, and the implementation of constitutionalism is the fundamental way of human rights protection. This paper argues that our country has made some progress in the protection of human rights and at the same time we need to strengthen the constitutional protection of human rights.
