编号:2015231获奖等级:贰等完成单位:鞍钢股份有限公司完成人:王国光项目简介:本项目技术属冶金科学技术热轧领域。鞍钢股份有限公司热轧带钢厂1 780分卷线是由日本三菱重工引进的成套设备。钢卷内圈表面划伤是卷筒完成对钢卷的卷取后在自动卸卷的过程中产生的,是目前国内外分卷线普遍存在的技术难题,曾被日本专家判定为“在国际所有的分卷线,钢卷内圈都会产生轻重不同的划伤现象,属于目前无法逾越、解决的技术问题”。对此曾有众多行业同仁研究尝试,但都没有实现理想解决钢卷内圈表面划伤的方法和措施。
