目的:探讨半夏泻心汤及其类方中性味药组对小鼠小肠运动的影响。方法:采用均匀设计法对半夏泻心汤及其类方进行拆方,测定各配比组合对正常对照、小肠运动抑制模型、小肠运动亢进模型小鼠小肠推进率的影响;基于BP神经网络,针对实验数据建立药味与药效指标的非线性映射模型;在模型基础上,固定各药组中药物的用量比例,进而分别筛选各药组在全方背景下的量效关系。结果:在半夏泻心汤及其2个类方中,半夏和干姜对小鼠肠运动抑制及亢进模型具有双向调节作用;干姜对正常小鼠的肠运动有明显的促进作用,半夏的作用不明显。结论:在肠运动模型,半夏的药效学作用与半夏泻心汤具有高度的一致性,提示半夏可能为半夏泻心汤之君药;但仅从小肠推进率的药效作用,尚难归纳出生姜和甘草的配伍角色。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction and its similar prescriptions on the intestinal motility in mice. Methods: Uniform design method was used to disassemble Banxiaxiexin Decoction and its prescriptions. The effect of each ratio combination on the small intestine propulsion rate in normal control, small intestine movement inhibition model and small intestine hyperthyroidism model mice was determined. Based on BP neural network , A nonlinear mapping model of drugstore and pharmacodynamic indicators was established according to the experimental data. On the basis of the model, the proportion of drugs in each drug group was fixed, and then the dose-effect relationship of each drug group was screened on a full-scale background. Results: Pinelliae Decoction and its two class prescriptions, pinellia and ginger on mouse intestinal motility inhibition and hyperthyroidism model has a two-way regulatory effect; dry ginger on normal mouse intestine was significantly promoted, Pinellia’s role is not obvious. Conclusion: In the model of intestine movement, the pharmacodynamic action of Pinellia has a high degree of consistency with that of Banxia Xiexin Decoction, suggesting that Banxia may be the monarch drug of Banxia Xiexin Tang. However, Difficult to sum up the role of compatibility of ginger and licorice.
